Cajun HR ServicesCajun HR Services was founded in 2011 and is based in Surbiton, Surrey.

Cajun has grown solidly and we now support a broad range of businesses in various sectors.

Our vision is to meet the needs of growing businesses in Surrey and South West London’s that are snowed under by HR and need HR support and advice, but realise that having a permanent HR professional just doesn’t currently make economic sense.

So how do we work?

We prefer to meet you face to face, usually at your place of work, to begin to understand your business and its challenges.  From then on we can work remotely.

During this initial conversation we establish what HR practices, policies and procedures are currently in place, if any, and review this information. This ensures that you are meeting your statutory obligations and that we are properly placed to advise you.

Following this first meeting, we will send you a proposal outlining the schedule of work, costs and agreed deadlines.

Retained Clients

Like most of our clients as you get to know (and like!) us you might decide to retain us. The benefits of retaining us are:

  • PRIORITY Your query will always take priority over other ad hoc work – you get first dibs on our time!  
  • FLEXIBILITY We have a two hour minimum but you can decide how many hours to retain us per month, we review the numbers of hours used over the first three months and adjust the hours accordingly.
  • SPEED  You can call us anytime and we will respond usually on the same day and always within 24 hours.
  • VALUE Hours are used in 15min increments instead of our usual 2 hour minimum – so you get more for your money.
  • UNDERSTANDING We get to understand your objectives and business goals more fully and this then allows us to deliver not only a great level of service but practical, concise HR solutions that work specifically for your business.
